0 CITY OF SOUTH BEND j OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />Tim Sexton, 405 Main Building, University of Notre Dame, Indiana, stated that the petitioner <br />worked closely with City staff on the modifications and took recommendations, including those <br />on the fence height. <br />Committeemember Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to send Bill No. 142-21 to the Committee of <br />the Whole with a favorable recommendation. Committeemember Karen L. White seconded the <br />motion, which carried by a voice vote of four (4) ayes. <br />With no further business, Chair Lori K.
