Qiununt fn #rpurz <br /> tBo tips &mnwn f!Ioun& of tip Qtitg of*out', Srnd: <br /> ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The June 23 , 1986, meeting of the Zoning and Vacation Committee was called <br /> to order by its chairman Councilman Voorde, at 4:00 p.m. , in the Council <br /> meeting room,. <br /> Persons in attendance included councilmen: Beck, Braboy, Voorde, <br /> Puzzello, Zakrzewski, Serge, Taylor, Paszek, Barcome and citizen member <br /> Doug Carpenter. <br /> Vendal Vegh petitioner for Bill No. 65-86 indicated he was trying to join <br /> two pieces of property for safety pruposes as well as cleaning up the <br /> property. He indicated he planned to fence the back portion of the <br /> property. Council Member. Serge made a motion to recommend this bill to <br /> the Council favorable, seconded by Council Member Puzzello. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> Chairman Voorde indicated the petitioners on Bill No. 66-86 had requested <br /> a continuance, in order to go before the BZA. He indicated there was <br /> strong opposition from the neighborhood residence against this vacation. <br /> Council Member Barcome spoke against this vacation, as well as Council <br /> Member Puzzello. Council Member Voorde indicated since there was no one <br /> present to speak regarding this bill it would not receive a recommendation <br /> from the Committee. <br /> Council Member Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member <br /> Puzzello. <br /> John Voorde <br /> Chairman <br /> FREE sssss &MN PUBLISHING CO. <br />
