Amin <br />Location: 60971 U.S. 31 South <br />Jurisdiction: City of South Bend <br />The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on Tuesday, November 27, 2006 took <br />the following action: <br />Upon a motion by f~[~ ~~2T7~'~~1/1~`/, being seconded by S7"~tl~ G~UNc~~IL <br />and G[~11,4,idUlAilpl~SG~ carried, the proposed ordinance and site development <br />plan of Ranjan J. Amin to zone from C Commercial (County) to CB Community <br />Business (City) was sent to the Common Council with a favorable <br />recommendation. The site is within a commercial corridor. The City CB <br />Community Business District is the equivalent zoning district of the existing <br />County C Commercial. A hotel will replace the existing motel on the site.
