This is a <br />vacant lot adjacent to Gladis Ibarra Duarte‘s property addressed 1518 Dale Ave. This <br />applicant is current on property taxes. <br />Please review and provide your comments and recommendation, regarding the request <br />for sale, no later than 01/24/2024. <br />If you or your department do not respond, it will be assumed that there are no <br />objections to the request to sell. <br />February 8, 2022
