• <br /> minnow at port <br /> Ulu the Me m= Olountil of the 014 of •aut1 Snit PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> The April 14 , 1986 meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairman Councilman Ann Puzzello at 5: 55 p.m. <br /> in the Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Councilman Serge, Braboy, <br /> Puzzello, Beck, Zakrzewski, Barcome, Paszek, and Voorde; Michael Vance, <br /> Brian Hedman, Dale Boswell, members of the news media, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Puzzello noted that the purpose of the meeting was to <br /> discuss Bill No. 39-86 which would appropriate $5,500 from Morris Civic <br /> Auditorium Improvement Fund. <br /> Mr. Hedman noted that 50 cents per ticket on all tickets of $5. 00 <br /> or more sold at the Morris Civic is contributed to the Improvement Fund. <br /> He noted that $4,000 of the appropriation would be for new <br /> telephone communications. Three bids were received from KLF, AT&T, and <br /> Executone with Executone being the low bidder. <br /> • <br /> • He also noted that $1.,500 , he appropriation would be to purchase <br /> two 35 millimeter movie projectors so that a new "family movie series" <br /> could be started at the Morris Civic Auditorium. <br /> Several Councilman voiced favorable comments with regard to <br /> the cost-effective savings involved in both purchases. <br /> Following discussion, Councilman Paszek made a motion seconded <br /> by Councilman Serge that Bill No. 39-86 go to Council favorably.
