Mr. Matthews noted that Indiana did have more restrictive <br /> codes probably due to the limited availability of real estate. <br /> Following further discussion by the Committee, Councilman Braboy <br /> made a motion seconded by Councilman Voorde that Bill No. 22-86 <br /> receive a joint favorable recommendation from the Committees.
