Councilman Serge suggested that a donor be pursued for obtaining <br /> an organ for the Auditorium. <br /> Council President Beck noted that $12, 000 is needed so that movie <br /> classics could be featured at the Auditorium. Councilman Paszek voiced <br /> concern over when the auditorium would become self-supporting. Mr. <br /> Brubaker suggested looking at an independent foundation concept, but <br /> added that shows, activities, and revenues are increasing. <br /> Following further discussion, Councilman Serge made a motion, <br /> seconded by Councilman Beck that the proposed cuts (attached) be approved <br /> subject to the Humane Society stipulation regarding contract negotiations. <br /> The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Ann Puzzello <br /> Chairman <br />
