Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairman, Councilman John Voorde at 4: 35 <br /> p.m. in the Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included, Councilmen Beck, Zakrzewski, Braboy, <br /> Voorde, Serge, Paszek, Puzzello, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Voorde noted that the meeting was called to review <br /> Bill No. 61-85 which was a zoning request for the property located at <br /> 727 Corby Blvd. to rezone it from .A"Residential to "B" Residential to <br /> allow a three duplex apartment building to be built. <br /> It was noted that the petitioner was not present. Councilman <br /> Puzzello voiced her opposition to the proposed rezoning and noted the <br /> security problems in the area. Councilman Voorde and Coucilman Serge <br /> noted that the. Area Plan.
