a4mm ttt't rpnrt <br /> • <br /> • <br /> T <br /> Ma the QQninnwn Olounril atilt Qlitg Df grntI TPnt: ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The July 9 , 1984 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> was called to order at 6 :25 p.m. in the Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance .included: Councilmen Puzzello, Voorde, Crone, <br /> Braboy, Zakrzewski and Beck,John Leszczynski, Gary Starr, Doug Carpenter and <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Voorde noted that the meeting was called to review two <br /> bills sent to the Committee namely Bills No 53-84 and 61-84. <br /> Councilman Voorde noted that there would be a substitute version : <br /> of Bill No. 53-84 which would amend the legal description. - He noted that <br /> the bill received a favorable recommendation subject to certain conditions <br /> set forth in the minutes of the Area Plan Commission meeting record. <br /> Councilman Voorde brought to the Committee' s attention a letter dated July 9, <br /> 1984, from Mr.. Leszczynski to Mr. Charles Clark of the Holladay Corporation <br /> (copy attached) which outlines a compromise agreement reached regarding <br /> various conditions relative to public safety. Mr. . Leszczynski and Mr. Starr <br /> explained these conditions and showed where they would apply on the preliminary <br /> site plan. In their opinion they felt that they would be found acceptable <br /> and recommended that they be incorporated as part of the final site plan. <br /> It was noted that the petitioner was not present however was <br /> expected to be at the formal public hearing. Following further discussion, <br /> Councilman Puzzello made a motion seconded by Councilman Zakrzewski that <br /> the substitute version of Bill No 53-84 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council subject to the conditions set forth in the July 9th letter from <br /> Mr. Leszczynski to Mr. Starr which would be addressed in the final site plan. <br /> If however the petition failed to show for the public hearing, the bill would <br /> be continued.
