Leszczynski to Mr. Charles Clark of the Holladay Corporation
(copy attached) which outlines a compromise agreement reached regarding
various conditions relative to public safety. Mr. . Leszczynski and Mr. Starr
explained these conditions and showed where they would apply on the preliminary
site plan. In their opinion they felt that they would be found acceptable
and recommended that they be incorporated as part of the final site plan.
It was noted that the petitioner was not present however was
expected to be at the formal public hearing. Following further discussion,
Councilman Puzzello made a motion seconded by Councilman Zakrzewski that
the substitute version of Bill No 53-84 be recommended favorably to
Council subject to the conditions set forth in the July 9th letter from
Mr. Leszczynski to Mr. Starr which would be addressed in the final site plan.
If however the petition failed to show for the public hearing, the bill would
be continued. The motion passed.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the
meeting was adjourned at 6 : 40 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
John Voorde, Chairman
•
•
