Olnmmtftrr Rronrt <br /> A <br /> On thr Qinmuwn (Qounrlt of the alltg 35IPttb: ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The May 29 , 1984 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairman, Councilman John Voorde at 6 :30 p.m. in the <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Councilmen: Zakrzewski, Paszek, <br /> Voorde, Puzzello, Beck, Serge, Crone, and Braboy; Ken Fedder, .Members of the <br /> News Media, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Voorde noted that the purpose of the meeting was to <br /> discuss Bill No. 51-84 which would designate the building located at 1204 <br /> L.W.W. as an historic landmark. It was noted that this structure was ranked <br /> an 11, and was built in 1912. It was a pre-cut home which could be purchased <br /> from a Sears and Roebuck Catalog for the cost of $2, 885. 00. <br /> Following discussion by the Committee, Councilman Serge made a <br /> motion seconded by Councilman Beck that Bill No. 51-84 receive a favorable <br /> recommendation. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> Councilman Zakrzewski made a motion seconded by Councilman Beck <br /> that the meeting be adjourned.
