Vance, City Controller, <br /> Tom Bodnar, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Cathy Hubbard, and the following members <br /> of the Teamsters: Daniel Holcomb, Mike Dyzkiewicz , Ernie G. Streich, Bob <br /> Warnock, Ronald Flowers, Steve McCormick, Bob Schulz, Mel Osler (Traffic and <br /> Lighting) Larry Cook . (Bureau of Streets) , Marvin Hamman (Bureau of <br /> Sanitation) , Bruce Smitt (Bureau of Water) , Bob Toppel, Jr. (Waste Water) <br /> and Leslie M.
