On January 11th, the Board received no bids for <br />the work. All Purpose Erectors has been the only firm that expressed an ability to complete the work <br />in the required time frame and we received the attached open market bid from them. Th rough this <br />bid, they are also able to meet the M/WBE goals detailed in the bid docs. <br /> <br />The open market bid was as follows: <br /> <br />Company <br />Total <br /> All Purpose Erectors, Inc $298,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for $298,000.00 to the open <br />market bidder, All Purpose Erectors, Inc.
