<br /> <br /> <br />INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> VENUES PARKS & ARTS <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Laura Hensley <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Patrick Sherman <br />SUBJECT: Coveleski Stadium Field Lighting Installation <br />DATE: 01/18/2022 <br />On December 14th, 2021, the Board of Public Works approved the request to advertise for bids to <br />install stadium field lighting at Coveleski Stadium. On January 11th, the Board received no bids for <br />the work. All Purpose Erectors has been the only firm that expressed an ability to complete the work <br />in the required time frame and we received the attached open market bid from them. Th rough this <br />bid, they are also able to meet the M/WBE goals detailed in the bid docs. <br /> <br />The open market bid was as follows: <br /> <br />Company <br />Total <br /> All Purpose Erectors, Inc $298,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for $298,000.00 to the open <br />market bidder, All Purpose Erectors, Inc. They have met all requirements and are able to <br />complete the work. . <br /> <br />The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds within PROJ00000300. <br /> <br />Please contact me with any questions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
