QLnt untt2PP itrpnrt <br /> • <br /> On lir (gammon &IoutttiI of flit Ding of fnlitll limb: PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE <br /> • <br /> The May 29 ,1984 meeting .of the Public Works Committee was called <br /> to order by its Chairman, Councilman Thomas Zakrzewski at 6: 40 p.m. in the <br /> • <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Paszek, Voorde, Puzzello, <br /> Zakrzewski, Beck,: Serge, Crone, and Braboy; Ken Fedder, Rich Hill, Members of <br /> the News Media, Charlie Van Paris, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Zakrzewski noted that the purpose of the meeting was to <br /> discuss Bill No. 54-84 which was set for public hearing this evening. Mr. Hill <br /> explained that the Bill would approve an amended inter-local cooperation <br /> agreement between the City and St. Joseph County for the construction and <br /> maintenance of Maple Road and the extension of West Calvert Street. The road <br /> would be extended to the new AIRCO site and UDAG funds would be used The <br /> County had already approved the agreement and the City would be agreeing to <br /> maintaining all of Calvert Street even though half of it would be in the County. : <br /> Following further discussion Councilman Serge made a motion seconded <br /> by Councilman Beck that Bill No. 54-84 go to Council favorably. The motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> • <br /> Councilman Beck made amotion seconded by Councilman Serge that the <br /> meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6 :50 p.m. <br /> .
