CGITY OF SOUTH BEND I HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />COA#2021-1101A-1 is approved. <br />Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and carried by vote, the Historic <br />Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2021-1101A-3 <br />Vote: 7-0-1. Seven in favor, none opposed, one recused <br />COA#2021-1101A-3 is approved. <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by David Wyncott, and unanimously carried <br />by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness <br />Application #2021-1101A-4. <br />Vote: 7-0-1. 8-0.
