Jefferson Blvd., 4th Floor <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Bill#140-21 - A proposed ordinance of GEN4 PROPERTIES LLC to zone from S1 Suburban <br />Neighborhood 1 to C Commercial, property located at the vacant land on the south side of Walter east of <br />and adjacent to 340 Walter Street, City of South Bend - PC# 0081-22 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I hereby Certify that the above referenced ordinance of GEN4 PROPERTIES LLC was legally advertised <br />on January 8, 2022 and that the South Bend Plan Commission at its public hearing on January 18, 2022 <br />took the following action: <br />Upon a motion by John Martinez, being seconded by Sheila Niezgodski and unanimously carried, a <br />proposed ordinance of GEN4 PROPERTIES LLC to zone from S1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 to C <br />Commercial, property located at the vacant land on the south side of Walter Street east of and <br />adjacent to 340 Walter Street, City of South Bend, is sent to the Common Council with a <br />FAVORABLE recommendation, subject to the following: 1) subdividing the lots to match the zoning <br />line established. <br />The staff report is attached.
