Klosinski, P.E., Assistant City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: 121-068 Edison Road Lift Station Valve Replacements <br />PR-00011838; PO-0012468 <br />Agenda Request – Project Completion Affidavit <br />DATE: January 4, 2022 <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering and Division of Utilities recommend the approval of the Project <br />Completion Affidavit from HRP Construction for the subject project. <br /> <br />All work was completed on time and on budget. <br /> <br />The Final Cost for the project was $52,350.00. <br /> <br />Invoice and Final Payment will be entered into processing concurrent with the submission of the <br />Project Completion Affidavit to the Board of Public Works. <br /> <br />Please note that there is no Maintenance Agreement required for this work.
