alimun 12rt Er part <br /> can flit Qlnmmnn Qlounrtl of tlir 014 Df 0uutil limb: ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The October 24, 1983 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairman, Councilman John Voorde at 5 :45 p.m. in <br /> the Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Zielinski, <br /> McGann, Beck, Voorde, Harris and Crone, Sherrie Petz, Jim Wensits, John <br /> Leszczynski, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Voorde noted that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss <br /> bill no. 98-83 which dealt with the vacation of the first alley east of <br /> Eddy Street, in the Sunnymede First Addition. Councilman Voorde noted that <br /> Mrs. Paul R. Bowles was present and she gave the public safety reasons why <br /> she believed the alley should be vacated. It was also noted that appropriate <br /> easements and conveyances allowing access to garages are now on file with ,the <br /> Board of Public Works. A copy of the memorandum confirming the agreement <br /> procedure is attached. <br /> Following further discussion Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion <br /> seconded by Councilman Beck that bill no 98-83 go to Council favorably. <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting <br /> was adjourned at 6 :00 p.m._ <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> John Voorde, Chairman <br /> • <br /> . <br /> ►act PRESS . ►V•II.NIM• co. <br />
