aInmmtt#rr 3�r#tnrt <br /> Wn 21p (gammon (Sounrtl of tljt' Ginn of ftnudli Nrnik ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The February 28, 1983 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation Committee <br /> was called to order at 5 :15 p.m. in the Council informal meeting room by its <br /> Chairman, Councilman John Harris, Jr. <br /> Persons in attendance included Councilmen Beck, McGann, Harris, and <br /> Szymkowiak; and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. • <br /> Councilman Harris noted that the purpose of the meeting was to review <br /> Bill No. 13-83 which is set for public hearing at tonight' s council meeting. <br /> It is a Bill to vacate the first north-south alley west of Olive Street running <br /> between Poland and Dunham. The petitioners are Phillip Berndt and David <br /> Michaud. It is to allow off street parking near the Olive . Street area. <br /> _ Councilman Harris reported that the Board of Public Works at their <br /> meeting of February 21, 1983 recommended that the alley be vacated. <br /> Following discussion by the Committee a motion was duly made and <br /> seconded that Bill No. 13-83 go to Council favorably. The motion passed 3-0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the <br /> meeting was adjourned at 5 :20 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> John J.
