OInmmlmirr Erpnrt <br /> • <br /> Ohl tilt elnmmpn afounril of ilyt (IIiiy of$tnufll iirnd: UTILITIES <br /> The October 10, 1983 meeting of the Utilites Committee was called to <br /> order by its Chairman, Councilman Walter Szymkowiak at 5 :25 p.m. in the <br /> Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persona in attendance included: Councilmen Zielinski, Szymkowiak, Harris, <br /> Voorde, Crone Serge and Beck; John Leszczynski, Jim Wensits and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilman Szymkowiak then called upon the City Engineer to outline <br /> the details of Bill 113-83.
