TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: <br />BILL NO. <br />66-06 PUBLIC HEARING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE <br />CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN CLAY TOWNSHIP <br />CONTIGUOUS THEREWITH: COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT #4, CARMINE & <br />MARIA MARTINO, SILVIO MARTINO & JOHN ROY, NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF VANESS STREET AND WILLIS AVENUE AND A PARCEL <br />ON THE WEST SIDE OF BURDETTE STREET APPROXIMATELY 83 <br />FEET NORTH OF VANESS STREET, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill <br />is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as <br />substituted by taking out the second section II and adding to Section IV take out the <br />period put a semicolon; and shall be subject to the Area Plan Commission entering into <br />a written commitment with the petitioner which eliminates commercial and retail uses <br />and limits ingress/egress onto Burdette Street from the development. <br />Karen L.
