Mantua/In Lipari <br /> chu fir Qlummun Qlounrfl of tip QRV of$uutli 35rnb: RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS COMMITTEE <br /> The Septebmer 13, 1982 meeting of the Residential Neighborhoods <br /> Committee was called to order by its chairman, Beverlie Beck at 5 : 30 p.m. in <br /> the Council Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Councilmen McGann, Taylor, Voorde, <br /> Crone, Harris, Beck, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to review Bill. No. 96-82 which would <br /> vacate the alley next to the Penny Saver. Councilman Beck advised the <br /> Committee that the Board of Public Works gave an unfavorable recommendation <br /> in light of the fact that the Penny Saver would not grant a permanent <br /> easement. <br /> Following discussion, Councilman Taylor made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Voorde to recommend Bill No. 96-82 unfavorably to the Common <br /> Council.
