Page 2. <br /> Following further discussion by the Committee, the Council Attorney <br /> then made the following suggestion: That she would redraft the noise control <br /> bill in light of tonight' s meeting and have a new bill ready for the <br /> August 23rd Council meeting. She noted that Brad Garton of IACT would be <br /> present at that Council meeting in his capacity as a noise coordinator for <br /> the State of Indiana. She further stated that she would incorporate the <br /> suggestion of different dBA levels for specific times of the day based on <br /> zoning that industrial areas would be exempt until such time that regulations <br /> made be warranted, and that technical changes regarding terminology would <br /> also be incorporated. <br /> Councilman Beck agreed with the suggestions of the Council Attorney <br /> and recommended that any person interested in giving further assistance <br /> contact her after the meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the <br /> meeting was adjourned at 7: 50 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Beverlie J.
