The signs will be installed <br />internally by the City’s Traffic and Lighting Department after the foundations are in place. The selected <br />contractor will need to install these prior to the 2022-2023 school year starting. These will be installed on a <br />local street, so a detour will not be needed. MUTCD guidelines will need to be followed for traffic control. <br />A location map and foundation details are attached to this request. <br /> <br />Your electronic quote must be on the City of South Bend Contractor’s Quote for Public Work Form, <br />The Title of the Bid and Project Number as described above must be included in the subject line of the <br />email to which you have attached your quote. The name of the company/vendor, address, contact email <br />address and phone number must be included in the body of the email. Please submit quotes to <br />cbrach@southbendin.gov. <br /> <br />Your quote is due by 12:00 P.M., Local Time, Monday, December 13, 2021. Any quotes received <br />after this time will not be opened.
