Page Two <br /> Following discussion, Councilman McGann made a motion <br /> seconded by Councilman Taylor that the property owned by Robert and <br /> Senola Batteast commonly known as 2100 West Washington Avenue <br /> be declared an urban development area qualifying for tax abatement <br /> consideration. <br /> The motion was unanimously carried by the committee. <br /> Councilman Voorde then advised the committee that Resolution <br /> 9C and Resolution. 9D were drafted earlier so that they would be on <br /> the agenda for tonight's Council meeting. Resolution 9C deals with <br /> tax abatement consideration for 3401 Ardmore Trail, and Resolution <br /> 9D deals with Tax Abatement Consideration for 2100 West Washington <br /> Avenue. He further reported that he would advise the Council of <br /> the Committee' s actions on both of these matters. <br /> There being no further business to come before the committee, <br /> Councilman McGann made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman <br /> Taylor.
