From: <br /> <br /> <br />Subject:Re: 1207 East Wayne Street South HPC Project <br />Date:Monday, December 6, 2021 6:56:29 AM <br />Attachments: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Greetings, <br />In accordance w/ guidelines provided, the following information defines requested scope of <br />improvements for review @ 1207 E Wayne St S, SB, IN. <br />1. The Owner would like to install (2) Velux fixed-skylights to the South elevation, first floor <br />(over Living/Dining area), for much needed improvement to natural light. <br />As depicted, in mock-installation photo, they would be installed nearest locations equally <br />spaced between fireplace chimney & Eastward roof valley. <br />Installation includes low-profile curb, flashing kit, flared interior shaft. <br />2. The Owner also requests to replace an existing window (West elevation of Rear Sitting <br />Room) w/ a Therma-Tru entry door accessing exterior jacuzzi area. <br />The specifications include simulated divided lights, (matching existing window patterns), <br />smooth finish/ color black. <br />3. We also request the installation of an active louvered vent, providing new access to the attic <br />above first-floor living space. The current access is located in the center of <br />Foyer Hall ceiling adjacent Kit entry. We are currently removing interior partitions between <br />Foyer, Kitchen, Living & Dining areas, to create more open-space with hopes of <br />capturing/inviting more natural light to the areas. The current location of access is & would <br />become more of an esthetique obstruction. <br />4. Finally, we request approval for the replacement of the existing failing/deteriorated gutter <br />system complete (House & front of Garage. Estimate proposes same k-style, <br />black in color, same locations of runs & downspouts. (depicted in photo. <br /> <br />
