Traffic and Lighting <br /> $116,250 is the proposed total amount to be included in the <br /> bond issue. <br /> John Leszczynski stated that the present pavement stripper <br /> is 15 years old; that the $61,250 for motor equipment would purchase <br /> trucks and lifts; and that $5, 000 was needed for guard rail installation. <br /> No specific locations for the guardrails have been determined, however, <br /> the city would respond wherever necessary, <br /> Park Department <br /> $310,065 is the proposed total to be included in the G.O. Bond <br /> with $210, 065 proposed for 1981, and $100,000 proposed for 1982. <br /> Jim Seitz briefly explained the motor equipment and other <br /> equipment requests. <br /> Mayor Parent stated that he had scheduled two additional <br /> meetings to discuss the G.O. Bond issue for Wednesday, October 22nd <br /> and Thursday, October 23rd. Following discussion, the Mayor suggested <br /> that his proposed meeting and the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> meet simultaneously. <br /> Councilman ' ISr made a motion to continue the Personnel and <br /> Finance Committee meeting to Thursday, October 23rd in the Council <br /> meeting room.
