All rights reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 4 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated December 14, 2021. <br /> <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br /> <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 – OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services <br /> <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A at Lump Sum Method of <br />Payment (LSUM) other than services identified as Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment not <br />to exceed (HNTE). The total shall not exceed $106,000.00 unless an amendment is executed which <br />increases the maximum amount payable. <br />B. Compensation: <br />1. An amount of $418,860 based on the following: <br />a. Topographic Survey $ 46,600 (LSUM) <br />b. Conceptual Corridor Plan 10,600 (LSUM) <br />c. Public Engagement <br />d. Road Plan Development (thru Grade Review) 48,800 (LSUM) <br />e. Geotechnical Services <br />1) Geotechnical Investigation (UNIT) <br />2) Pavement Design (LSUM) <br />3) Traffic Control (LSUM) <br />f. Utility Coordination (LSUM) <br />g. Railroad Coordination/Permitting (HNTE) <br />h. Right-of-Way Engineering (UNIT) <br />i. Real Estate/Acquisition Services (UNIT) <br />j. Bid Period Services (LSUM) <br />k. Construction Phase (HNTE) <br /> Total Amount: $ 106,000 <br /> <br />Compensation amounts and obligation of the Engineer to perform services for balance of Road Plan <br />Development, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Railroad Coordination and Permitting, <br />Right-of-Way Engineering, Real Estate/Acquisition Services, Bid Period Services, and <br />Construction Phase Services will be addressed in a future agreement amendment with Owner. Said <br />described services are not provided herein as part of this agreement and are limited to services with <br />compensation amounts provided. <br /> <br />
