10 <br />SECTION XXI.Ratification of Actions. All acts of the officers of the City <br />which are in conformity with the purpose and intent of this Ordinance and in the furtherance of <br />the issuance of the Bonds and the execution, delivery and performance of the documents and <br />agreements authorized hereby are in all respects ratified, approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION XXII.No Conflict. Any ordinances, resolutions or orders or parts <br />thereof in conflict with this Ordinance are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. <br />SECTION XXIII.Effectiveness. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and the <br />execution of any procedures required by applicable law. Upon payment in full of the principal of <br />and interest on the Bonds authorized hereby or upon deposit of an amount sufficient to pay when <br />due such amounts in accord with the defeasance provisions herein, all pledges, covenants and other <br />rights granted by this Ordinance shall cease.
