Santiago Flores<br /> <br />520 W Jefferson Blvd.<br /> <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601<br /> <br />Description:<br /> <br />South side of 500 block of W Jefferson Blvd. between Taylor Street on the west and William <br />Street on the East.<br /> <br />I would like a half block designated as residential area on the south side of the 500 block of W <br />Jefferson Blvd from Taylor street in the west to the alley.<br /> <br />Currently, cars parked in front of my home may be employees of St. Joseph County. Those <br />cars are usually here all day. During the pandemic, office closures seemed to have helped the <br />parking situation but they have returned since people have began returning to the office.<br /> <br />My home is the only one in this half block.<br /> <br />The houses to the south and north of 520 W Jefferson Blvd on Taylor street are group homes.<br /> <br />I acknowledge that residential parking on the 500 block of W Jefferson on the Northside is <br />already established residential parking. Unfortunately my security cameras do not reach that <br />far. We have already have had vandalism on our street to our vehicles, which included <br />someone firing a pistol type BB gun at our vehicle.<br /> <br />Included are pictures of similar residential/businesses<br /> <br />300 block of Taylor top picture.500 block of LaFayette bottom pictures<br />
