This agreement is for the work needed at the railroad crossing that <br />the railroad company is responsible to perform. The cost for the work is $768,195.00. <br /> <br />The City will pay Norfolk Southern directly for the work and will be eligible for 80% reimbursement <br />with federal funding. <br /> <br />It is requested the Board of Public Works approve the Construction Agreement with Norfolk <br />Southern Railway Company for Olive Reconstruction Ph 2 project for the amount of <br />$768,195.00. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request. <br /> <br />
