• <br /> BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 77A - 8.16 <br /> AN AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $164 , 415 . 00 FROM THE <br /> CENTURY CENTER OPERATING FUND FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED COSTS IN 1986 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> Century Center received in 1986 the sum of $50 , 000 . 00 <br /> from Service America per the signed contract in 1985 for the purpose <br /> of completion of remodeling of river level suites 1 through 3 . In <br /> addition , funds in the amount of $114 , 415 . 00 are needed to meet <br /> unexpected expenses incurred in 1986 , and such funds are available <br /> within the Century Center Board of Managers Operating Fund . It is <br /> necessary that such funds now be appropriated for the year 1986 . <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br /> the City of South Bend , Indiana as follows : <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $164 ,415 . 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the Century Center Board of <br /> Managers Operating Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana as <br /> described below: <br /> 4130 . 0 Extra & Overtime $4 , 268 . 00 <br /> 4323 . 0 Telephone & Telegraph 4 , 778 . 00 <br /> 4350 . 0 Utilities 31 , 671 . 00 <br /> 4363 . 0 Equipment Repair 1 , 327 . 00 <br /> 4399 . 0 Other Contractuals 122 , 371 . 00 <br /> TOTAL $164 , 415 . 00 <br /> SECTION II .
