The final cost of <br />the work was $140,507.50 out of the following account 641-06-602-509-439001. The estimate <br />was exceeded due: <br />a.The sewer repair taking longer than anticipated to complete, <br />b.Repaving of the roadway exceeding the area estimated, <br />c.Seeding & blanketing was not included in the original estimate and was a new line item.
