Jackson St. TAXING UNIT <br />South Bend, IN 46619 DATE <br />KEY NO. <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, THAT the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, by and <br />through its Board of Public Works (the "Grantor") <br />CONVEYS AND QUIT CLAIMS TO Marcia Morocho, of 421 S. Jackson St., South Bend, <br />IN 46619, in her individual capacity (the "Grantee") for and in consideration of ONE <br />THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($1,310) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following real estate in St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana: <br />Address: 442 S.
