BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 77;40- 1U, <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200 , 000 . 00 FROM THE <br /> SEWAGE WORKS OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FUND FOR THE <br /> PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED COSTS IN 1986 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend , Indiana <br /> recognizes the need for an additional appropriation for unanticipated <br /> expenditures within the Sewage Works Operation and Maintenance Fund . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend , Indiana as follows : <br /> SECTION I .
