BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 77046 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18 , 000 . 00 FROM THE <br /> SOUTH BEND/CLAY SEWAGE WORKS OPERATING AND <br /> MAINTENANCE FUND TO ACCOUNT 354 . 0 AND ACCOUNT <br /> 390 . 0 WITHIN THE SOUTH BEND/CLAY SEWAGE <br /> BUDGET . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> Funds are needed to meet the cost of Management Services <br /> provided by the City of South Bend Water Works and to meet the cost <br /> of Wastewater Treatment provided by the South Bend Sewage Works . <br /> Such funds are available within the South Bend/Clay Sewage Works <br /> Operating and Maintenance Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South bend , Indiana : as follows <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $18 , 000 . 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the South Bend/Clay Sewage Works <br /> Operating and Maintenance Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana as <br /> described below : <br /> ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 354 . 0 Purchased Sewage Treatment $12 , 000 . 00 <br /> 399 . 0 Other Contractuals 6 , 000 . 00 <br /> TOTAL $18 , 000 . 00 <br /> SECTION II .
