Again following brief discussions motions to send to full Council favorably won <br /> unanimous support. This time Dr. Fred Ferlic motioned first and Karen White seconded <br /> before Gavin called for the vote. <br /> The last bill,Bill No. 12-92, also an abatement request to allow the purchase of new CNC <br /> manufacturing equipment for Triangle Machine was heard. Kathy Hahn again reported <br /> favorably, all criteria for abatement having been met. The brief presentation was made <br /> by the owner Mia Tran. There was brief discussion before Karen White moved the bill <br /> be sent to Council favorably. Dr. Fred Ferlic seconded and all approved. <br /> Under miscellaneous Oliver Davis asked for a 2012 year end summary of abatements <br /> granted by the Council detailing the number of new or retained jobs and the dollar <br /> amount of new taxes generated. <br /> There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Vice- <br /> Chairperson, Gavin Ferlic adjourned the meeting at 4:59 p.m. <br /> espectfu Submitted, <br /> .../14"...kir <br /> Henry Davis,Jr., Chairperson <br /> Community&Economic Development Committee <br />
