BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . -7 - R- D( <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRATING $42 , 128 FROM THE <br /> SOUTH BEND/CLAY WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND <br /> TO ACCOUNT 399 . 0 WITHIN THE SOUTH BEND/CLAY <br /> WATER DEPRECIATION BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED EXPENDITURES FOR <br /> 1986 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND ITNENT : <br /> Funds are needed to meet the cost of water main extensions <br /> within the South Bend/Clay water distribution system and such funds <br /> are available within the South Bend/Clay Water Works Depreciation <br /> Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend , Indiana as follows : <br /> SECTION I .
