'770` 8', <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $60 , 733 . 00 <br /> FROM THE SOLID WASTE OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE <br /> FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED <br /> COSTS IN 1986 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br /> recognizes the need for an additional appropriation for unanticipated <br /> expenditures within the Solid Waste Operation and Maintenance Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows : <br /> SECTION I .
