BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . -77 1 (4,4%, <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br /> $227 , 000 . 00 FROM THE PARKING GARAGE <br /> PROJECT FUND FOR THE YEAR 1986 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend recognizes the <br /> need for an additional appropriation for the lease payments of the <br /> South Bend Parking Garages . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South bend , Indiana as follows : <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $227 , 000 . 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the Parking Garage Project Fund <br /> of the City of South Bend , Indiana as described below: <br /> 379 . 0 Rents $227 , 000 . 00 <br /> SECTION II .
