Jefferson Blvd., 4th Floor <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br /> <br />Re: Bill#129-21 - A proposed ordinance of INDIANA #602 LAND TRUST to zone from U1 Urban <br />Neighborhood 1 to U2 Urban Neighborhood 2, property located at 602 Dayton, City of South Bend - PC# <br />0074-21 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br /> <br />I hereby Certify that the above referenced ordinance of INDIANA #602 LAND TRUST was legally <br />advertised on November 5, 2021 and that the South Bend Plan Commission at its public hearing on <br />November 15, 2021 took the following action: <br /> <br />Upon a motion by Caitlin Stevens, being seconded by Kyle Copelin and unanimously carried, a <br />proposed ordinance of INDIANA #602 LAND TRUST to zone from U1 Urban Neighborhood 1 to <br />U2 Urban Neighborhood 2, property located at 602 Dayton, City of South Bend, is sent to the <br />Common Council with a FAVORABLE recommendation, subject to acquiring a Certificate of Rental <br />Safety from Code Enforcement. <br /> <br />The staff report is attached.
