Sageman. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for Brick Pavement on East LaSalle <br />avenue from Michigan street to Hydraulic avenue, under Imp. Res. No. 507. <br />Engineer filed estimated cost as follows: <br />K. LaSalle avenue Brick Pavement ................ <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and. no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the <br />benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated <br />cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. <br />President. <br />
