BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7706-5(6, <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107,000. 00 FROM THE <br /> STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL STADIUM <br /> FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for improvements, equipment and for <br /> the payment of such other fees and expenses attributable to the <br /> operation of a professional baseball team at the Stanley <br /> Coveleski Regional Stadium. Funds are available within the <br /> Stanley Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $107,000.00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the Stanley Coveleski <br /> Regional Baseball Stadium Fund. This appropriation is to be <br /> administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and <br /> will be distributed as set forth below: <br /> 0399. 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS $107,000.00 <br /> SECTION II.
