780 Tues 1907. SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING JULY 9TH, 1907 AT, 7:15. The Board met in Special session at 7:15 P. 1. All members present. Hearing Given on Declaratory Resolutions for Cement Curb on Adams street from Liston street to Linden avenue, Grade on Alley North of LaSalle avenue from Notre Dame street to.Franeis street, Grade, Curb & Walk on High street from Dayton to Milton street;. Olive street from Ford street to N. J. & I. R.R; Carlisle street'f rom Ford street to N. J. & I..R. R; barren street from Ford street `to N. J. & R. R. R; Grant street From Ford street to N. J. & I. R. R; Pine street from Napier street to L. S. & M.-S. R. R; Dunham street from Olive street to N. J. & I. R. R; Philippa street from Ford street to N. J. & I. R. R; Georgiana street from South Bend avenue to the City limits; Ford street from Warren street to Olive street; Rupel street from 'Wilber street to Johnson street; Johnson street from Longley avenue to Michigan avenue;L,nLongley avenue from Wilber street to Johnson.street, Jackson street from Sample street to Dunham street and Linden avenue from Alley crest of Johnson street to Olive street. All under improvement resolutions Nos. 458, 4591 460, 461, 4622 4635, 464, 4652 4662 467, 4652 469, 470, 471, 4722 475 & 476'resp. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend ave equal to bhe estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby 5n all things ratifed, confirmed and approved. Engineer filed estimated cost as follows: Ford street Grade, Curb &Walk. Georgiana street Do. Philippa street Do. Dunham street Do. Pine street Do. Grant street Do. Warren street Do. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Remonstrance filed against the Dale avenue Grade, Curb & Walk. Hearing on Dale avenue Grade, Curb & Walk on Dubail avenue Grade, Curb & Walk, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 477 & 474 respectively, was deferred until Tuesday, July 16th, 1.907, at 7:16 P. M. 2 Improvement Resolution No. 473, for Grade, Curb & WA14 on Wilber street from Longley avenue to Michigan avenue was RESCINDED.
