Tuesday July 16th7 1907. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Petition tiled for Brick Pavement on Grand View Avenue and Cottage Grove avenue around a triangular piece of land in front of the Colfax School. Referred to the EngineeR for specifications. The Board having under consideration the assessments of benefits and awards of lama es under Condemnation Resolution No. 25, adopted on the 21st day of December, 1907, and the Board rind that Lot 25 in Wilson's Sub of B.O.L 94 oymed by the heirs of Sarah Duffield is damaged in the amount of $950.00; and that the right of way of the I. I. & I. R. R. Co. as described on the assessment roll herein is benefitted in the sum of $950.00 all as shown on the said roll. Come now the said. I. I. & I. R. R. Co. by F. J. Lewis Meyer, Attorney and assent to said assessment and pay into the office of the City Controller the said sum of $950.00 in full payment of said assessment and come also the said heirs of Sarah Duffield by Slick & Slick Attorneys and accept said award and a warrant for the same and in ratification of the same tender their Quit Claim Deed for the land taken under said resolution which said deed is now accepted. And the Board adopt said roll as above set Forth and it is now ordered that no further proeeedinEs be had herein and the City pay the cost of this proceeding.
