72_5 Tuesday July 2nd 1 The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Melnerny absent. Contractor Bind of L. Goebel Jr. filed and approved.. IMPROVFIVIENT RESOLUTION. NO., 478. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the Cityr=:of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made.of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on Broadway street from Lafayette street to Carroll street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BROADWAY STREET BRICK PAVEMENT.IMPROV&AENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of July add on the loth day of July, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board,will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of July 1907, at 7:15 P. M. ft A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six percent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 2nd day of July, 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 479. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick pavement on Alley west of Michigan street from Wayne street to Division street. Said im- provement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY WEST OF MICHIGAN STREET TRICK PAVE- MENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of July and on the loth day of July 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE EMERSON AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be construct ed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer Filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published In the 3rd day of July and on the 10th day of July, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BARTLETT STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be.constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of July and on the loth day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on t!Iis resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of July 19079 at 7:15 P. 14. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law.
