707 <br />Tuesday June llth, 1907. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Petition filed. for Pipe Sewer on Howard avenue from Mich ave to LaPorte avenue. <br />Petition filed for Sewer and pavement on Diamond avenue from Mich ave to LaPorte ave <br />Contract signed with L. H. Webster for sewe'r taps on California street. <br />Bids were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for Asphalt pavement <br />on S. Main street and West Jefferson street; Water Connections on Miami street <br />and Sewer and Water connections on S. Main street. <br />Petition filed for theopening and Grade, Curb & talk on Turnock street From <br />South Bend avenue to Corby street. <br />Hearing on Assessrient Roll for Park avenue opening deferred until Tuesday June <br />19th, 19079 at 10 A. M. <br />President. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EIMNING JUNE 11TH, 1907, AT 7:15. <br />The Board net in regular session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Pagin street <br />from Linden avenue to Hine street; Sewer Connections on Woodward avenue & California <br />street from Hudson avenue to Leland avenue; Sewer & Water connections on Jefferson <br />street from Chapin street to Walnut street, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 371, <br />451, 433 respectively <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said roils filed May 24th, 1907$ is benefitted in <br />the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the <br />assessment roll filed May 24th, 1907, and the final estimate allowed May 24th2 19072 <br />should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />
