All members present. <br />Petition tiled by the property owners on Turnock street from South Bend avenue to <br />Corby street asking for hhe opening of said street. <br />Bond filed and approved and contract signde with T. C. Barnes for the Calvert street <br />Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />Contractor Bond of A. C. Bates filed and approved. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 46. <br />Resolved By the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is <br />desirable to vacate the fs=_lowing: <br />A strip of land two feet in width off of and along the South side of the alley <br />adjadekt,lto and on the north oflot 63 in the 3rd Plat of Shetterly Place and extending <br />from the northwest corner of lot 63 east a distance of 103 1/2 feet. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation. <br />Lot 63 3rd Plat of Shetterly Place owned by Frank H. & Flora M. Goodman <br />Lot 64 3rd Plat-. of Shetterly Place owned by Ryell T. F- Annie P. Miller and J. L. M. & <br />Kate V. Shetterly and the Municipal City <br />of South Bend, as their interests may appear <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the £nth day of June and on the 15th <br />day of June 1907 in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 18th day of June, 1907, at 7:15 <br />P.
