Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for Brick Pavement on Oak street from <br />Scott street to LaPorte avenue; Brick Pavement on Cherry street from Washington street to <br />South line=:caf Jefferson street; Brick Pavement on DeMaude avenue from Woodward avenue to <br />Portage avenue; Brick Pavement on California street from DeMaude avenue to Woodward avenue; <br />Brick Pavement on the 1st alley south of Division street From Main street to Lafayette <br />street; Brick pavement on the lst alley south of Division street from Michigan street to <br />St. Joe street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Kendall street from Indiana avenue to Alley North <br />of Leon court; Grade, Curb & Walk on Calvert street from Caroline street to Leer street; <br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Maple street From Washington street to Division street; Cement walk <br />on Howard street from Lawrence street to Notre Dame avenue; Pipe Sever on Cherry street <br />from Washington street to Jefferson street. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore <br />find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and <br />to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the <br />same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the <br />llth clay of May and 'on the l9th day of May, 1907, to the effect that this Board <br />will receiVe bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 29th day of May, 1907, <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. <br />Remonstrance filed against the S.Main str eet Asphalt Pavement. Improvement <br />Resolution No. 444. Hearing on Same was deferred until Tuesday May 14th, 1907, at 7.15 <br />Remonstrance filed against the Brick Pavement on Bridge street under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 441. Hearing on same was deferred until Friday May loth, 19072 at 10 A.iul. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 436 for Brick Pavement on East Washington <br />street and Artesian avenue was deferred until Friday May lOth, 1907, at 10 A.
