680 Tuesda 1907. SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING MARCH 7TH, 1907, AT, 7:15. The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for Brick Pavement on Oak street from Scott street to LaPorte avenue; Brick Pavement on Cherry street from Washington street to South line=:caf Jefferson street; Brick Pavement on DeMaude avenue from Woodward avenue to Portage avenue; Brick Pavement on California street from DeMaude avenue to Woodward avenue; Brick Pavement on the 1st alley south of Division street From Main street to Lafayette street; Brick pavement on the lst alley south of Division street from Michigan street to St. Joe street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Kendall street from Indiana avenue to Alley North of Leon court; Grade, Curb & Walk on Calvert street from Caroline street to Leer street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Maple street From Washington street to Division street; Cement walk on Howard street from Lawrence street to Notre Dame avenue; Pipe Sever on Cherry street from Washington street to Jefferson street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 437, 439.) 439, 4402 4422 4432 4452 446, 4472 448 & 449 respectively. Do. 932.00 Grade, Curb & Walk. 1,541.00 Do. 1,635.00 Do. 1,6og.00 Cement sidewalk 12770.00 Pipe sewer 12075.00 In the above matter no further remonstrances. were filed and no further remonstrators appeared. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the llth clay of May and 'on the l9th day of May, 1907, to the effect that this Board will receiVe bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 29th day of May, 1907, The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Remonstrance filed against the S.Main str eet Asphalt Pavement. Improvement Resolution No. 444. Hearing on Same was deferred until Tuesday May 14th, 1907, at 7.15 Remonstrance filed against the Brick Pavement on Bridge street under Improvement Resolution No. 441. Hearing on same was deferred until Friday May loth, 19072 at 10 A.iul. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 436 for Brick Pavement on East Washington street and Artesian avenue was deferred until Friday May lOth, 1907, at 10 A. M.
