All members present. <br />In the matter of the paving of East Washington street from Emrick street to <br />Eddy street, the same was deferred until Friday April 5th, 1907, at 10 A. M. <br />Petition filed for Brick Pavement on Oak street from Cottage Grove avenue 6 <br />LaPorte .venue. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Petition filed and referred to .the Engineer for specifications for Brick <br />pavement on DeMaude avenue. <br />Bonds of C. H. Defrees filed and approved and contracts signed for the <br />Crescent avenue Brick Pavement and the Nest Jefferson St Brick pavement. <br />Permission given to Edward Staley to close the sidewalk at No. 31.4, 316 & 31M <br />S. Michigan street during the construction of the Salinger Building. <br />Betition filed for the opening of Chapin street across the Right of Way of <br />the Chicago, Indiana Southern R. R. Co. <br />
