32 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Contract signed with the Studebaker Bros Mfg Co for refilling sweeper brooms <br />for street Department.Vdr the year of 1907. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 421 for pipe sewer on E. Bronson street <br />deferred until Tuesday April 16th, 19072 at 10 A. M. <br />Petition filed for the paving of Woodward avenue from California avenue to <br />Hudson avenue, with Brick. <br />Petition filed by Oscar Rekstrew et al for the opening of Miner street a uniform <br />width from Notre Dame street to St. Peter street. <br />Petition filed for the grade, curb & walk on Anderson Court. Referred to the Enj,71r. <br />Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works that whereas a certain building known <br />and described as No. 805 W. Division street, situated upon the following described real <br />estate, to wit:-- East 2Y3 of Lot 15 of Ruckmans sub -division of B.O.L No. 75 in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, St. Joseph Councy, is delapidated andunsafe and in danger <br />of falling down, <br />Now therefore, it is directed by said Board that the owner of said building of <br />his agent be served with notice to appear before this board onSaturday March 9th, 1907, <br />at 10 A. M. to show cause why said building should not be torn down or destroyed as <br />unsafe, under Ordinance No. 1375 of the City of South Bend. <br />
